Steve was able to effectively market and sell our house. He made sure we had all pertinent information to price our home appropriately, while not being pushy about it. He provided valuable insight into how we could stage the house so that it would appeal to a wider audience. He was adept at managing and reviewing multiple offers and making a point to analyze them beyond just the offer price. He made sure that we had all of the information as quickly as possible during both the inspection and closing processes. It was a pretty smooth process for what is an inherently stressful transaction.
